- Raw organic Ginger Root sliced
- Raw organic Ginger powder
- Anise flower
- Fennel seeds
- Lavender dried flower buds
- Red Hot Chili Peppers (great for the morning)
- Cacao nibs, Cinnamon (great for the evening)
- Lemon slices
- Fresh Herbs (mint, holy basil, lemon verbena)
- Boil together in a pot of filtered water
- Let simmer for 5 minutes on heated element
- Strain and let cool until desired temperature
- Enjoy it with any of the following twists!
